Unlike Spanish, English personality adjectives do not change depending on whether you're describing a man or a woman.

He is friendly.

The adjective stays exactly the same. Only the pronoun changes.
Many English adjectives also stay the same no matter who you're describing.

💡 English commonly uses the verb to be when describing someone's personality or character.
